Services Manager
35 hours per week
Salary Band £28,135 – £32,460 depending on skills and experience.

Family Friends is an award-winning family support charity based in North Kensington which specialises in befriending and mentoring. We are recruiting a full-time Services Manager to join our team. The charity provides long-term practical and emotional help to disadvantaged families living in Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham through a network of 50-60 volunteers. Each volunteer supports either the parent or child in a family. We have a great record for ‘helping families to help themselves’. In this diverse and exciting role, the Services Manager will manage two/three staff to develop and maintain the services. The role includes:
- Recruitment and training of volunteers
- Supervision and support of volunteers and families
- Assessment of families in their homes
- Monitoring and evaluating the services
- Some evening and weekend work is required.
